Who can use active8me#

Account creation, sign-in methods, keeping credentials safe.
Access through your employer, insurer or HMO#
Access through a company or member code, what happens when sponsorship ends, and the relationship between these terms and the organisation's agreement with us.
Health information and coaching#
The app and coaches provide general wellbeing information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment; camera vital-signs results are wellness indicators; consult a doctor before starting an exercise programme.
Acceptable use#
Our content and intellectual property#
Workouts, recipes, videos and other content, and the licence to use them.
Content you share#
Progress photos, chat messages and other content users submit.
Subscriptions and payments#
Individual subscriptions through the App Store, Google Play or our website, renewals and refunds. Sponsored access is billed to the organisation under its agreement.
Third-party services#
Apple Health, Google Fit, Google Sign-In and other services.
