White-label wellbeing for employers, insurers and HMOs

Wellbeing your people actually use.In your brand.

Workouts, meal plans, real coaches and daily nudges in one app, in your logo and colours. HR sees how many people take part, week by week.

One app, three brands. Company names are examples.

Paying for a wellbeing perk nobody opens?

Most wellbeing apps hand people a content library and hope for the best. With no plan for this week, no local food and no one to talk to, usage fades after the launch email. HR is left with a renewal decision and no data to make it.

  • A library, not a plan

Hundreds of videos and no idea where to start. We give each person one plan for this week, matched to their fitness level.

  • Built for somewhere else

Meal plans built around Western diets rarely last in Manila or Singapore. Ours cover Asian cuisine and easy swaps, and the app is available in Filipino as well as English.

  • No way to show it works

Login counts don't make a business case. A company-only dashboard shows engagement and wellbeing trends you can take to leadership.

  • An app project you don't have time for

Building your own app means a development team and months of work. Ours carries your brand from the first day.

Live in weeks, not quarters.

No app to build and no IT project to run. You bring your brand and your people. We bring the programme, the coaches and the reporting.

  1. Brand it.

Your logo, colours, splash and welcome screens. People see your company in the app from the first tap, not ours.

    • Logo and colours
    • Splash and welcome screens
    • Programmes only your people see
  2. Launch it.

Share one company code. Only email addresses on your list can join, and their access is sponsored by you.

    • One company code
    • Approved email list
    • Sponsored access for every member
  3. Measure it.

A company-only dashboard shows engagement, demographics and wellbeing trends across 20+ analytics views. No spreadsheets.

    • Daily, weekly and monthly engagement
    • Wellbeing trends
    • Data hosted in Singapore

One plan for the whole person.

Not another step counter. Each week brings workouts, meals, mindset and small daily actions, matched to each person's fitness level.

You decide who sees what.

Health data needs clear rules. We host it in Singapore, encrypt it at rest and give every admin only the access their role needs. You set the privacy rules with us before launch.

Have a security questionnaire? Send it with your demo request and we'll answer it in writing.

  • Hosted in Singapore

The platform and its data run on AWS in Singapore.

  • Encrypted at rest

The production database is encrypted at rest, and passwords are stored as one-way hashes.

  • Role-based access

Six roles, from content editor to company administrator, each limited to what it needs. Your admins see only your organisation.

  • Privacy settings you control

Choose with us which roles see aggregate trends and who, if anyone, can view an individual's data. We configure the platform to match your policy.

  • Anonymisation on request

When a member leaves or asks, our team anonymises their account.

Questions HR and insurers ask us

What is active8me?

active8me is a white-label wellbeing app that employers, insurers and HMOs give to their people under their own brand. Each week it delivers workouts, a meal plan, mindset videos and daily wellbeing actions, with real coaches in the chat. The organisation gets a dashboard with engagement and wellbeing trends. active8me is based in Singapore.

Who is active8me for?

active8me is for HR and benefits teams at mid-sized and large employers, and for health insurers and HMOs that want preventive programmes under their own brand. Technology partners can also add our content to their own apps through an API. We work with organisations in the Philippines, Australia and Singapore.

What does white-label mean for a wellbeing app?

White-label means your people see your brand, not ours. Your logo, colours, splash and welcome screens appear in the app as soon as someone joins with your company code, and you can reserve programmes for your people only. A separate App Store listing under your own name is a custom project.

How long does it take to launch?

A typical launch takes a few weeks, not months. We set up your branding, create your company code and load your approved email list. There is no app to build and no HR system to integrate.

What data can the employer or insurer see?

Your organisation sees engagement and wellbeing trends for its own people in a company-only dashboard. Access is role-based, and we configure it with you before launch: you decide which roles see aggregate trends and whether anyone can view an individual's data.

Which devices and wearables does it work with?

active8me runs on iPhone and Android phones. Steps, sleep and other data sync from Apple Health or Google Fit, and people can log measurements such as weight, blood pressure and glucose by hand. Direct connections to Fitbit or Garmin accounts are not available today.

How is employee and member data protected?

Data is hosted on AWS in Singapore, the production database is encrypted at rest, and every admin works within a role that limits what they can see. We don't claim certifications we don't hold. Send us your security questionnaire and we'll answer it in writing.

How much does active8me cost?

Pricing depends on how many people you cover and what you include, such as live coaching. We quote after a 30-minute demo, and you can start with a 90-day pilot at a fixed fee.

See it in your brand.

We'll walk you through the app, the HR dashboard and how a pilot with your team would run.
